Facebook More Faster on iPhone

Starting from Thursday yesterday iPhone and iPad users can get Facebook application for iOS 5.0 which is claimed to have performed two times faster than previous versions.

According to information from tech site Mashable, Facebook applications are now written in Objective-C which is the native iOS platform codebase, no longer rely on HTML5. A number of improvements can be directly perceived by the user, including more seamless scrolling newsfeed and notifications that can be directly accessed without having to refresh. A banner at the top will tell the user if there is a new notification in realtime.

Based on the experience of Kompas Tekno, Facebook applications is becoming more nimble in to upload and open image. Photos that appear directly in the Timeline will fully open quickly once selected by the user. To close it and return to the Timeline, simply swipe your finger downward. Facebook for iOS 5.0 can be downloaded directly from the iPhone / iPad through the App Store application store with the keyword "Facebook".
